I first imagined the "Deckle The Halls" idea over one year ago, picturing textured watercolor paper with hand-torn edges that reveal its soft, snow-like fibers. Using a color palette of earthy greens, deep blues, and warm yellows and oranges in watercolor paint and mixtures of acrylic to form the thick sweeps of snow, I have brought to life this tranquil forest, just the way I dreamed it would be. This painting is approximately 5x7".
I am pleased to present this collection of original winter paintings to you paired with three colors of gently textured matts, with each piece fully finished in an elegant gold 8.5x10.5" frame.
