Rights To Artwork
All artwork and photography is the sole property of Erin Reinholtz and is held under copyright, even after purchase. The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission from Erin Reinholtz. All images of artwork, sold or otherwise, are retained by Erin Reinholtz.

I retain the rights to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, including commissions, unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. Contact me if you wish to inquire about the purchase of these rights for your original or commissioned art piece, in addition to the purchase of the artwork itself.

Please credit Erin Reinholtz if the artwork appears in printed media, and use tags @erinreinholtzart and #erinreinholtzart if applicable when the artwork is included in social media posts. When purchasing an original painting, the collector has the right to display the artwork or gift it, but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
Privacy
I greatly value your privacy. I only have access to the information that you voluntarily provide, and I will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Information you provide may be shared with reasonably necessary parties for the ordinary course of conducting business, such as e-mail newsletters, ads, or marketing campaigns, and accepting payment. Any communication and transactions handled by third parties used by me, such as Stripe or PayPal, is subject to their privacy policies and terms of use.

Shipping
Shipping is available world-wide. It is important to me that you receive your purchased artwork in excellent condition. All shipped artwork is meticulously packaged, and domestic orders typically arrive within 2 weeks of purchase. International orders may take longer, but I strive to get your art to you as quickly as reasonably possible. Please contact me within three days upon receipt of your item in the rare case of damage from shipment.

Please note that all international shipping and handling will charged a flat rate shown during checkout to complete the order. Actual shipping and handling costs be calculated, and I will invoice or credit any difference in this fee after purchase. The buyer must complete full payment before the order is shipped. If no payment is received by the deadline on the invoice, the order will be cancelled, and the buyer will be issued a refund for the full amount minus a 15% re-listing fee. If your delivery address is not located in United States of America, it is considered an international order. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to pay any duties, taxes (including, but not limited to, GST and VAT) and customs fees.

If local pick up is selected, we will coordinate a mutually agreed upon time for pick up from my studio in Alto, MI after your purchase is complete. I will hold the art for pick up for up to two weeks. After two weeks, any order that has not been picked up will be forfeited without a refund unless other arrangements have been confirmed.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales of original artwork and all items purchased at sale and clearance prices are final. Prints purchased at full price may be exchanged according to the following criteria:
The print must be in the original packaging, undamaged. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, I reserve the right not to issue an exchange. I require a receipt or purchase order as proof of purchase to process an exchange. To begin an exchange, contact me. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You must properly package your items to ensure that the goods will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used, the exchange may be refused. All exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
