Group Details

Come be with us locally for peer support, resources, relaxation, and fun! This membership is all about connection — a space to build new friendships with women walking through the same season of life. Think of it as a down-to-earth, artsy oasis where perimenopause meets creativity… because midlife doesn’t have to be a mess! This group is co-lead by Erin Reinholtz and Ashley Goodwin. Erin holds a Masters in Counseling and Art Therapy and has worked with a variety of individuals and groups, using the creative process for healing, growth, and relaxation. While Midlife Mavens is NOT a therapy group, you may feel therapeutic benefits. Erin will guide us through hands-on activities and art-making experiences that inspire connection, reduce stress, and empower you to express yourself and your story as a woman in this stage of life. Ashley is a nurse + fertility awareness and hormone health educator who works with women of all ages, providing a holistic approach to care and knowledge regarding their bodies, cycles, hormones, and reproductive health. Her specialty is working with individuals during times of transition—from menarche to menopause and everything in between. You belong here if you are a woman who wants to gain knowledge, access resources, and have all your questions answered, while having fun, reducing stress, and building deep connections and friendships. We offer two 90 minute meetings per month-- come to both or whichever one works best for you.
