This is a quick post inviting you to join me for a 4-day challenge I’m calling Destress December. In these four days, we will observe and categorize the way we spend our time, find ways to free up more time for the things we want to do, reduce stress, and learn to make room for more enjoyment in our days. I’ll show you how I use my Fresh Weekly Focus method for planning to spend time intentionally.
Each day will begin with an affirmation and short guided meditation to get us in the right frame of mind. We will do an action step together, and we will end with some relaxed painting, drawing, or journaling— no experience necessary!
The video series will be released on my YouTube channel daily around 2pm EST December 7-10.
