In my Inner Circle subscriber e-mails, I often share my current favorite things, which may include tools and materials I use in my artwork, books I'm reading, games my family loves, and things I recommend for camping or home. I am sharing some of them here, as well, so you can more easily come back to them anytime.

Here are the favorite things I want to share with you this month:
I have favored Princeton Brushes for the past few years, but the Velvetouch brush is a new one I picked up earlier this month and quickly fell in love! I’m using a round size 2 for details in my sunflower oil paintings, and I found this nice, well-priced set to share with you if you’d like to try them out yourself.
2. Shoe Rack
I don’t know about you, but the shoe situation cluttering around our garage was getting out of control! We just did a major garage cleanup and had our floors epoxied. It looks so clean in there now that I started looking for a way to keep the shoe and boot piles more organized. I found this shoe rack with adjustable-height shelves that can be arranged by stacking higher or setting side-by-side with additional shelves to meet various family needs. The larger one can hold the bulk of the daily footwear for our family of six, along with our barn boots so that we don’t have to brings the sand and dirt into the house. Just in time for the wet fall rainy days and snow that isn’t far off!
I love this set of highlighter markers for their beautiful colors, chisel tip points, and lack of bleed through paper! I use them daily in my planner to color-code everyone’s schedules and draw my attention to the most important happenings of the month. This is a big set at such a good price for Sharpie pens!
When I started riding my bike regularly, my seat was killing me! A good friend told me about the Bikeroo seat she had, and she wasn’t kidding when she called it the Cadillac of Bike Seats! I have bought it three times, as you can see— once for me and twice for my kids. My indoor stationary exercise bike also has this seat, actually! No chafing, no need for padded shorts… I can easily go 30 miles with no discomfort, and you can’t beat the price, even if you don’t put as many miles on the bike as I do. You’re welcome.
That's all for today! If you end up purchasing any of these items, I'd love to hear what you think! You can reach out to me via email here. PS: If you want to get my favorite things and book lists sent right to your inbox, be sure you're on my Inner Circle e-mail list! You can subscribe to that here.
Until next time,
Erin
